They resprayed the wing and rear driver's quarter for me. Best in the South Bay, all the exotics in there will attest to that. Thanks

Stunning E30 M. I feel like your price is really reasonable considering the miles & condition. Best wishes with your sale! Unfortunately I'd need about ~10 more tax returns to afford it :-)

32k, lets get moving here people. 49 states will have no problem registering and enjoying this beauty. CA will be annoying but I can help.

Of note, as a member of the community, this seller posted an ad in WTB requesting a VIN plate only, (I was the only poster, so I recall EXACTLY what the WTB: was about) and then...

I'm not trying to be a dick, but I would suggest ANY buyer do ALL their homework with this recent popup seller with a high ticket item, and trying to fraudulently secure a VIN plate.

At the price your asking If I were a buyer I would want to see that all the caulking is in place on every panel, I would bring a magnet to test for bondo and would get the car checked out the ying yang.

Why did the whole front end need to be painted? Why was the rear quarter painted? Why is there a manual cooling system setup? Does the car overheat and this was a shade tree mechanic fix?

I am sure you have pictures of this car before it left Japan and before body work, I would advise posting those.

Looks like a 15k car to me.

Be very careful the stones you throw. You know absolutely nothing regarding my request for a VIN plate. The only fraud is you pretending to be a detective. You want to be a cop? Leave the forum and join the force.

Good suggestions, I have no answer to the questions you asked, it came to me as is. The car looked the same before it left. Only thing i've done is resprayed rear driver's quarter and wing. The cooling system is not manual? It has a sensor and a gauge, when it hits a certain temp the fan automatically comes on. Also has a remote controller to turn it on if you like. There's no bondo on the car, bring all the magnets in the world if you have $32k.

Why did you delete your post then if you didn't realize what you were asking was illegal?

And, no, I don't want to be a detective, but, yes, the last thing I want to see is a fellow e30 enthusiast get taken to the cleaners.

Obviously, I'm wrong, and you are not having ANY issues getting this legally registered in CA, and you are not using r3vlimited.com solely for buying parts to bring this car back to the condition it should be, and of course, you weren't looking for a VIN plate for this car, but instead, were likely looking for it for the 1984 318i you are restoring, right? Just be upfront, it's not like you are selling used shocks and struts, you are selling one of the most expensive, if not THE most expensive e30 on this site right now.

Best of luck with your title issues, and best of luck with your sale!

Didn't need to write anything after that. You aren't protecting any e30 enthusiasts from "getting taken to the cleaners." Don't give yourself credit where there is none to be received. What you are doing is fabricating a seemingly plausible motus operandi in which you are the hero of a crime against e30s everywhere and inserting yourself where you don't belong. You're the George Zimmerman of r3v. Get lost dude.

Note: That entire paragraph was satirical, and was not meant to be taken literally, but you knew that.

Again, best of luck with your totally legit and on the up and up sale.

amg462, your defensiveness and attitude comes across as you having something to hide. I hope you don't and all parties are happy if a sale occurs. Best of luck.

Whoever decides to buy this car please get a PPI at a reputable bmw shop so this is all put to rest. period.
