Selling my 1987 325i convertible. It's been in the family since 2006 and garaged for this entire time. Here are the facts:

Car runs GREAT. Needs just a little TLC. Price is consistent with the condition, the upgrades, and upside potential for this car. It is priced at the lower end of its value range and is firm.
I've had the car for long enough, and just bought a newer e90 convertible so I don't have as much use for this car as I previously did. Need to free up a garage spot. Will kick myself for this a few years down the road I'm sure.
