FS: 1976 BMW 2002 Parts Car $800 obo

I have a 1976 BMW 2002 Parts Car for sale. This car is a manual with blue interior. It's probably a 95% complete car with many new parts from the previous owner. The problem is there is no title. I purchased this car over six months ago from someone who was sending it to the scrap yard. He needed it moved as soon as possible and "promised" to contact me when he found the title. So I transported to car to my place and started waiting for his call. After talking back and fourth with him for a month he was unable to locate the title and has since disappeared. I've been completely unable to contact him since. I had plans to use this as a project but without a title I have lost interest and don't have time to part it out myself. It's too bad because the car has a lot going for it despite it's exterior appearance. Drivetrain's in very good shape and was running at time of purchase. Fuel pump has since failed but currently looking for another to just get car running. Suspension and brakes have had numerous parts replaced by the last owner. Front left frame rail in great shape. Trunk and gas tank in great shape without rust. Floor pans appear solid but haven't extensively looked under carpet. I wouldn't mind answering any question's or letting someone take a look at the car if interested. Thanks

If you can stand the scrutiny, you might be able to move it on 2002faq.com

Wow if you were close to me. I'd buy this and find a way to title it.

Do you have a bill of sale? Does it run? I think you should be able to get a new title without too much trouble. It'd be a shame to part it out over a title.

I seriously want this so bad just to turn into a race car. But shipping would suck
