Having owned and cared for this nice example for 22 years, I'm sad to be letting her go, but looking for a good next owner for my 1991 318i. As the 2nd owner, I've had a great deal of maintenance and new OEM parts in the last 5 years, more mechanical details to follow. All records available since 1997, including original purchase invoice from dealer and first owner in 1991.
Recent new parts replaced:
+ Battery (Duracell)
+ Windshield
+ gas tank (BMW OEM)
+ drivers seat (BMW OEM)
+ Alternator (Bosch)
+ Tires (~2k miles)
+ All fuel and brake lines replaced
+ water pump
+ AC system replaced
+ Odometer gear replaced
+ Guibo disc replaced
+ Rear subframe bushing
+ Shocks
Everything on this car is essentially in factory condition - no mods or enhancements. Existing known issues:
- Some rust near front jacking points and rear valance under battery
- Slow fluid leak in steering rack
- AC compressor bracket needs replacing
- Car currently located in Honolulu, Hawaii, shipping to West Coast ~$1k, East Coast will be about $2k to door.
