somebody ran the VIN over on bimmerforums and said this:

I looked up the VIN, this is a 325i.

It shows it had the optional LSD from the factory.

so it has the 3.73 LSD ;)

didnt the p.o. say that paint job cost 3k? left some to be desired. pretty clean car regardless, just sucks about the dash. i guess it got the price dropped 1500 though.

well those parts were replaced after the paint job from what i was told, hence the imperfections.
