    FS 1998 E36 M3 convertible 5sp (85k, MD)

Not an E30, but I've decided to keep both my E30's and sell the E36....

    Bill

    FS: a well-kept 1998 BMW E36 M3 Silver w Dove Grey int.

Not used for commuter duty (I work at home), it has only 85k on it (20k of that highway travel over the last 2 years by me).

5sp, ABS, Traction Control, limited slip rear, cold AC, factory option HK stereo upgrade (extra HK door speakers included), factory CD changer, heated/power leather seats, trip computer, dual air bags, side curtain air bags.

Stock except for a cold air intake (original included), braided brake lines and PowerSlot rotors with aggressive road/track pads), and a set of aftermarket (staggered) Shruk rims.

Also includes almost new high performance snows on the original alloy M3 rims... with the limited slip and TC the car does great in snow/ice (though it's very rarely ever driven in it)

Very nice shape, minor leather wear on driver's seat (typical for the dove grey leather), new (power) top and cables last summer, original paint.

Will MD inspect (a big deal if you know the MD inspections). $16,500 firm.

Possible partial trades considered for a diesel 4x4 Suburban or Excursion (or possibly a 4 door pickup) ... that's my primary reason for selling...

    Thanks!

I really really dig that car.. and i *could* afford it. Someone find me a decent job in marketing so i don't blow my savings on this hot car :-D

Best of luck with the sale.

My parents live near Boone... I'd even deliver for free.

Think of all the times you were frustrated when something cool came up and you _couldn't_ afford it... ;-)

Unless you want to give me way too much money for this, I can't justify it.

        gorgeous car though,

Price is no longer firm; I need a truck. Insulting offers cheerfully considered. ;-)

          Julien, check your PM....

I took HUGE detailed pictures of the top, headliner, and interior showing all of the wear. It's not perfect, but very presentable.

Let me know if you want any specific shots.

Again, I really need to get this sold, so if you are seriously interested, come and look and/or make me an offer. I might surprise you! ;-)

Offer appreciated, cheerfully considered, and politely declined. ;-)

Have a trade offer from a local dealer which I've accepted on contingency (for Tuesday)in order to give a couple of folks who are potentially coming to check out the car this weekend the chance to buy first (really too good of a car to go to a dealer!), so if you were seriously considering it, now is the time to act.
