FS: 1991 318i with upgrades (mid atlantic)

Decided to sell the 318 for something a bit newer, I already have 1 e30, so I'd like something different. 156k with maintenance records including oil changes, inspections, parts replacement dating all the way back to the dealer. dealer maintained til 80k. Just had oil changed, has all new fluids including trans, rear, brake fluid (ate super blue). New air filter, exhaust, crank sensor, clutch, cam sensor, intake gaskets, thermostat and housing all replaced less than 2 years ago (reciepts included). I average between 30-33 mpg overall driving on 87 octane. Car is strong for an m42 put down 119rwhp.

    Mods
H+R race springs with Bilstien sport shocks
    Poly front control arm bushings
    Poly engine mounts
    Solid rear shock mounts
    Front strut bar
    New tie rods and alignment
    LSD differential
z4 short shifter with momo knob
full 2.25" exhaust with dynomax muffler (has a converter on for inspection)
Front sloted rotors with hawk pads (need replaced)
Custom smoked US ellipsoids with cool blue silverstar bulbs
    black grill
Cloth sport recaro seats in gray
Pioneer cd player, sony rear speakers
    z4 floormats
comes with either basketweaves and falken azenis tires or bottle caps with all seasons.

Interior is in excellent condition, only one small dash crack, and someone installed a cupholder that left 2 holes in the center console.

Exterior is in good shape, driver rear door needs replaced but I should be able to have one with the car.

Passed MD state inspection, can PA inspect as well.

PM for more detail about the car.

Previous owner had tracked the car a few times and hit a tire wall once. The front fender was the worst, but i replaced it.

some around the battery box, and two small surface rust spots around the tail light areas.. underneath the car is clean.

both drivers side doors don't appear to match in the pics. what was replaced? was there an accident? either front fender was replaced or the doors were it looks like. To me the doors don't match the front or rear fenders.

more details on history? clean (non-salvage) title?

As stated, I replaced the front fender, and the car hit a tire wall on a race track. The color does not match in the photos because the car had not been waxed in years, and the paint had a lot of dirt in it. The driver's side matches now that the car has been waxed. The title is clear.

I can get pictures of the small rust spots.

Back up. The driver rear door has been replaced. Only issue is a few dents in the rear quarter that will come out easily.
