thanks! the m systems actually belong to my buddy who drives an e34 m5. he was driving it w/ BBS CHs and now hes using my contours while I put rock the m systems on my e30. If I end up keep this car it will be getting a new set of fenders (I'm looking into it right now) with a big fender pull, different tires and a paint job with all the exterior parts installed. oh, and I'm going to lower it a lot more and get a skidplate. I'm keeping it high for now to avoid any damage from the nasty speedbumps and potholes we have around here.

I don't know this seller and can't speak to this particular car, but you're mistaken regarding the current market. I hunted nationally (on every forum, CL, autotrader, auctions, everywhere) for a swapped E30 for well over a year before buying one - and never once in that time did I see a clean S5x car go up for less than $8K. Usually closer to $10K.

I know of one right now, that needs some work but its got the s52 with quite a bit done to it, just needs cleaning up for less than 6k

Cool. What condition is its interior in? Does it have a 5 lug swap and nice wheels? How many miles does the swap have on it? Does it come with a nice front end combo/sideskirts and a rear valence?

I tell you what - if you have the cash go purchase the car you're talking about. I'm willing to bet that you don't.
