91 diamond schwartz 318is for sale. Bought this car a few months ago to use as a get around to save gas. But now I have too many cars, and have absolutley no room at my new house for the car. I bought the car from a local guy who bought a new bimmer. He was in the Army, stationed in Germany. He imported the car to Jacksonville in 1998, and drove it until 08.
- 91 318is euro M42 "M-is"
- clean Florida title
- black/grey w/tan sport seats that function well, but the vinyl is shot.
- diamon schwartz
- MT with recent clutch/SC
- 238k
- Bilstein shocks
- powerslot rotors
- Bav auto front lip
- Mtech 2 rear double decker spoiler
- custom exhaust
- New stock LSD, w/ new halfshafts.
- fairly new tires
- Many new misc parts
The car runs and drives. But it has many issues. Its very rough around the edges, but the motor runs well, and the tranny shifts well. Apparantley, at one time he took good care of it. I have a huge stack of receipts dating back to when he brought the car here. The carfax states that the car was never in an accident, but it mustve been rear ended and not reported. Theres horrible body work on both rear q-panels.
Front main is a little leaky. (doesent leave oil on the ground)
-The drivers side plastic portion of the radiator has a little plastic phillips head peice thats broken off, and coolant leaks from there
- It needs brake work. (car stops, but pedal is to the floor) Probably needs a rotor turn and pads.
- The car is very rusty. Its not so bad underneath, but the body has some bubbling, and the rear valence is shot.
- All plastics, and bumpers, lights in good shape.
The car is located in Hollywood FL, right next to the Hard rock casino. Only asking 1k obo. I really need it gone. IMO, its worth fixing.. But either way, for the price, its all there. Id really rather not part it, I have no time. Baby on the way in a week, and I have 4 jobs I need to finish before xmas. Ill come back tonight to add some things I know Im forgetting.
