WTB: manual 325i coupe in the Bay Area

I'm looking to buy a manual 325i coupe in the Bay Area.
Condition doesn't matter much, I'll consider beaters as long as they run, drive, and pass smog.
Looking to keep total cost under 5k.

Must:

• Be manual
• Be a 325i (no 325e please)
• Be able to pass smog
• Have clean title

Preferably:

• Has black interior
• Late production
• Is a coupe, no verts
