All the rust has been addressed? Front CV boots all good? Will it pass the jack test?
Can you describe the idle problem in more detail? My current ix has cold idle surge that is extremely annoying! Wouldn’t want another ix with the same problem!

Rust has been addressed. Front CVs are good. I'm pretty sure it needs a new ICV. It will surge off idle independent of temperature. VC is good.
