I am thinking about selling my 1989 BMW E30 325i

Reason of selling?
- Looking to buy a house around Dec for my birthday. Not in a rush to sell or need to sell in order to buy the house.

5-speed *clean title*
Original bronzit w/ black interior
247,XXX indicate (will be going up gradually)

* passed smog test (Jan 2020)
* healthy engine, pulls strong and idles smoothly
* all original paint and body panels (matching VINs)
* no major accidents
* original M20B25 engine, completely stock with Magnaflow muffler
*original 5-speed manual transmission
* complete interior, front seats 6/10 and back seats 9/10


Services done by the previous owner (will show receipts) :
- new timing belt, water pump and thermostat
- new bosch spark plugs, cap and rotor
- new valve cover gasket
- new exhaust manifold gaskets with heat shields
- new fuel filter
- fresh oil and filter change (20w50)
- cleaned and re-oiled K&N air filter
- new guibo and center support bearing
- fresh differential fluid (Valvoline 75w90 LSD)
- replaced master cylinder, flushed brake fluid
- replaced steering rack with new tie rods
- bilstein HD strut inserts and shocks with H&R sport springs

Outstanding issues:
- paint is showing its age, clearcoat is deteriorating
- dents on front of the fender
- AC system needs attention

Last month (April) I took the car to get a bumper to bumper inspect at a very highly reputable BMW shop here in Los Angeles, The M Shop. I have a list that they provided me that will need attention (will provide document). As a 30+ year old car there are things that need to be done. I recently ordered motor mounts (2), transmission mounts (2), one wheel bearing, differential mounts, differential cover gasket, coolant hose, upper radiator hose, coolant hose thermostat to throttle body, engine oil filter O-ring, gasket ring. Have receipts.
