It's 370mm so it helps with the gauge blocking for the tall folks out there vs. the typical 350mm diameters..
Good candidate for a restoration. Not sure the exact model name but maybe Ghibli. Horn buttons are in the upper spokes, not the center. ///M stripes / horn button are original Momo. Hub is e30 / late e28 / late e24 and maybe others I'm forgetting.
Wheel is almost free....paying for the original M horn button and hub.
