    Alpina M52 / S52 3.3 / 3.4 L crank

    For sale is a original Alpina 3.3 / 3.4L / 94mm crank, as used in the Alpina E4 & E5 engines in E46 B3 3.3 / 3.4 and E39 B10 3.3 / 3.4 as well as the Roaster S.

The crank is ideal to build a stroked M52 with 87mm bore, around 300hp, a recipe that works well for Alpina in those cars.

The crank was stored upright and covered in oil, the pictures were taken before I put it in the M52 block for overseas shipping.

    Vintage Delivery possible.

Bump. Should work in the M20 as well. Build yourself the biggest possible displacement M20!

This is super cool. Do you have the special vibration damper that goes with it? I don't know that it would be balanced properly without it. Here's one listed by a shop in Germany, but of course they won't sell it without an Alpina registration. Alpina part number 1123101.

The order is only possible with the copy of the original Alpina vehicle registration certificate by fax or email original ALPINA part

Some interesting trivia: The crankshaft is probably made by ThyssenKrupp. The vibration damper is made by Winkelmann (stamped as Palsis Schwingungstechnik if made before 2002).
