If you pay i'll ship. Fedex Ground will probably be the cheapest way to go. If you have access, I can get it shipped and have fedex bill you directly, but either way you'll pay actual shipping. Front bumper shipping from CA to East is about $90 fedex ground, rear bumper will cost more as it's even bigger.
