            if that includes a low mileage motor and labor that's a steal, w/o labor (but still low mileage motor) it's still decent to have everything together.

            Also, why the price difference between M50 and S50 3.0 kits? There's no difference there mechanically......

                Agreed, but the OP makes it sound like he's selling just the parts without motor or labor for $7500. Which is a bit much IMO.

                  i paid white325is 2300 out the door....motor & all. oh, it was all done in 2 weeks....and he gave me a build thread to follow.

                  with exhaust, high flow cat, plus countless extras.

                  just sayin. have mike do it.
