    Hell, I don't know. Depends on whether or not you are gonna use that stock speaker or something else. Nothing is gonna make significant bass in a 1/2 liter of airspace!

      I dont need bass, if I want that, I can add some slim subs under the front seats, I just want to know the best thing to do for the speakers to keep them from blowing with added power driving them.

          Oh...wait...let me explain: the stock speakers sound so thin and tinny that old ladies complain they sound bad... I am not talking about a "lack of boom" here, I mean they sound like a transistor radio.

          The problem isn't the speaker, it is the mounting.

          If you want them to play louder, safely, run them in high pass, about 100Hz @ 12db/oct and they should play pretty loud.
