160k miles on engine, needs valve cover gasket.
waterpump/thermostat done 30k ago with aluminum t-stat housing.

I would replace the cooling system again before a swap.

Slight ticking when cold then dissipates when oil warms up, its pretty common.

Im looking to get $400 picked up with harness and 402 dme.

And yes i will sell the driveshaft.
