    Foha chin spoiler

Got this thing 6 months ago from a forum member and it took me a while to get the euro front valence I needed for my euro bumper conversion. This was supposed to all go together as a complete install but discovered that there's no way this will fit a euro valence. It must be for US-spec cars guessing by the extra 2" or so that it juts out to the front.

I know nothing about this really other than it won't work on my '87 euro valence. I'd prefer to sell locally because shipping will suck. I'd like to get $100 for it, but if it sits for a while I'll take offers. I've tried to take pictures of the condition to be up front about it, but if you need more photos just ask.

    Located in St. Paul, MN.

Oooh, that's a nice piece. You have the early euro valence, which is shorter on the bottom than the later one, which that lip would fit.

If I didn't also have the early euro valence (:(), I would want this.

Could this be modified or put on a different valence with some work?

It'll fit a late-model valence, but would be too low. Will also fit a 87-88 DB model without problems.

Hey Flipwils11-- I know you probably don't want to or are too far along to look back, but the last time I checked a brand new late ('9/86-8/87) Euro valance through the dealer is about $120-130. Just thought I'd give you the "heads up" in case you hadn't thought of that.

I will say that if I were local, this would already be gone. I've got a similar lip on my Euro car, but it is ever-so-slightly different in shape. Mine has 4 oil cooler holes and isn't as flat on the bottom. I've wanted to track one like this down for a while but haven't had much luck. My other E30 needs this lip..

          Good luck with the sale!

^^ is that dealer price painted, primed, or bare?

That was the price primed. A friend of mine bought one. The price may have gone up a bit, but I doubt it is crazy high.

Damn, ok, so that's why it didn't work (didn't know the later model euro valence was that different). Thanks for the insight.

I priced the same valence I got from Jean on this board (pre '87 I think, forget the part #) and it was around $230. I got Jean's for about half the price which was already in good shape (thanks Jean!) and I already had it painted at the body shop so I'm committed now. Appreciate the help though.

Didn't realize this thing was so sought after. Once I complete the front euro bumper swap, I'll have a complete set of diving boards in great shape with all rubber pieces, and the iS front DB spoiler and front bumper as well that I will put up for sale (not sure if DB's have much value).

                      bump again, offers?

I guess I'll ship it if someone wants to pay for the cost of boxing it and whatever is cheapest (UPS or Fedex ground probably).
