I just have the dark gray m cloth as seen in the pictures above. It was stock on the US m-tech convertibles.

How much would I need to do that on my front door cards AND my rear door cards. MTech inserts essentially?

And I can saw the cloth is quality. I have Matt's E-Brake and shift boot. It is nice.

You could probably get away with 2 yards of cloth if not a little less than that.
