Boooooooooooost junkie!?

Alright, I'm a total F.I n00b, but I just want to know if anyone has a use for this. It's a Turbo that I pulled from a 450 excavator the other day.

There's a plate on it that reads:

TURBOCHARGER
Type- TD08H-31M
Serial No- F361815
Part No- 1144004440
MFD No- 49188-01830
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd.

It's about 10" in diameter, and is aluminum.

Can anyone use this?
