I’m sure there are many other things I can’t think of. But as far as things I can remember, I’ve paid over $3500
Here is what is it comes down to. Everything you will need to make this motor functional in your car is included in this sale. Even the intake, radiator, driveshaft, mounts, brake booster, and so on is included. I am going with a completely different motor so none of this is useful to me anymore.
Here is the bad part. The motor still turns on in case you want to verify that the wiring is all good but the motor just began to knock. It is not extremely bad and I turned it off right when I heard it begin knocking.
The motor ran great while I had it in. It pulled extremely hard and operated at a good temperature. I drove it for about 10k miles before it blew. If you are local to the Chicago land area, many people can vouch that this car ran very well and very strong this season. I can’t find the paper that said how many miles the motor had on it but I figure at this point it doesn’t matter. But feel free to look up the car facts report off the invoice.
The AA chip is for an S52 with stock S52 injector and HFM mated with the S50 computer. If the buyer happens to have an S50, I still have the stock chip and it will work with any S50 because it is a pre EWS DME.
This is as complete of a swap as you can find. The motor will need some work but I have priced it accordingly. If I forgot anything please let me know. And I will be happy to answer any question.
The price is $2000 dollars picked up. Or if you need it shipped, I can work that out at the buyer’s expense. I have cherry picker here and will be taking the motor out as soon I sell it.
