1979 BMW M30 "L" block with a 93.4mm bore. This block is ideal in making large displacement / stroker motors up to 3.9 liters. It can be bored to 94mm diameter. All other M30 2 valve head and accessories fit to the block. This is the same basic block as used on the M5 and M6 will siameased cylinder walls that allow for a much larger bore. This is a Euro only item and was not imported to the states. This block is bare with main bearing caps in place, there is a weld repair in the water pump area.

I may be wrong because I dont know much about the euro cars but wouldnt this block be the m90? Might help others in researching their purchase.
