The shocks are the yellow with blue label Billy, not the black touring. I'm confident they are HD, but need to check the P/N. No known mileage. Came off car with stock springs. I'll get some pics.

Yes, that amp should be a solid performer too. Can't buy them anywhere else either, new in box.
