One is a 3.73 lsd that will have the fluid changed by this weekend, 147k miles, good lockup-250$
The other is a 4.10 lsd out of an auto I car, 135k miles, good lockup, still in the car so ill have to pull it this weekend-275$

Last time I shipped at diff it was only $70 or something. FedEx usually has the better price, with UPS right behind.
