If you are doing these yourself, do you and your customers a favor. Stop coating the mating surfaces. This includes for the oil cap.

Nice looking work, but those will leak. Especially the textured ones.

Thanks for your opinion but the company im working with has been powder coating for over 15 years and told me they never had any problems in the past.
