    FS: M42 motor

Well, i'm in the middle of my M50 swap and the time has come to pull the M42 within the next week and a half or so.

Mileage is unknown really, previous owner said that it was a replacement and had less than 150k.
So, good condition motor, minus some leaks from oil pan gasket/maybe timing cover?

Ran fantastic. Can't remember exact compression test results but all were within spec.

Asking SOLD picked up in Hampton Roads, VA. (If price is too high let me know)
Also, wiling to meet up and deliver reasonable distances. Just want it gone and out of the way.

I want this but how hard is this to swap in place of an m20. Ive been researching but havn't found results.

know it sounds crazy to swap, but that engine looks randy.

Motor is coming out this weekend.

Have pics of cam gears, will post tomorrow. Looked OK. Definitely have wear, not the worst i've seen but not the best either.

                          Bump for good running motor.
