I have a set of bilstein/ H&R sport suspension laying around in my garage from when I swapped my coilovers on. The struts them selves are in good working order. Plenty of travel left in them. Still firm. Not bouncy. The springs are good too. Parts could just use a little clean up
Im not too sure on how many miles they have on them because they were installed when I purchased the car. (Originally CorvallisBmw)
