Vinyl or leather? I don't know the difference. The material is NOT perforated. I was going to use it in my car, but decided to go another route. There looks to be some duct tape residue on the side of the headrest. I'll try to get it off before the sale. No rips or tears. Some wear around the bolsters, but nothing too bad. Could use a re-dye, but will pass for good DD seat. I'll throw some leather conditioner on it. All of the mechanisms work properly.
