JB Racing Aluminum Flywheel for M20, 8.5lb

I have for sale an M20 JBR 8.5lb aluminum flywheel.

This will fit all M20 (except pre-87's which need the pickup for Motronic ignition), M5x, and S5x. You WILL need to use a 228mm clutch disk, pressure plate, and I'm not sure on throwout bearing. This can be paired with M20, M50, or S14 clutche/pressure plate setups. I personally did not want to use the 228mm clutch and is why I do not need it, I'm using the S50 setup of all 240mm components.

    SOLD

It should fit the 2.5 no problem. For 2.7 it says you need an ignition trigger for the motronic ignition system but I'm sure that can either be reused from your stock, or can bew found separately. They also list different part numbers for the early vs late model e cars, so do some research, I don't want to guide your purchasing decision the wrong way. I'll gladly disclose all I know.

Looks like it might need a new clutch surface insert. Any idea of how much those cost?

It will fit the 2.7, as long as it's a late model. This is what the previous owner told me, and is confirmed by JB Racing's site.

As for the clutch-surface insert, it is not needed, there is no run-out and it is in good shape.

e: stock clutch size for an M20 is in fact 228mm, just double-checked.

I've got all the parts I need for my swap and it's almost done, I'm just trying to recover money at this point. Thank you anyway though.

I would trade for some MTech2 pieces or MHW All red tails.
