          What year was the M Coupe? Is the tranny S5DD320Z or S5D310Z? Pics please!

            99 It's a 5 speed not a 6 speed or I'd want $2,500 for it.

              Yes, of course. The S5DD320Z and S5D310Z are both 5-speed ZF units. The difference is that one of them is the subject of a TSB and the other is problem-free.

                      From what I've gathered,

                      S5D 310Z has the markings "ZF 1053401097" on the side.

                      S5D 320Z has the markings "ZF 1053401131" on the side.
