It came out of a 1988 325i with ~140k miles. Comes with E30 flanges, cover, and I just replaced the gasket (though you may want to seal it).
Drained of fluid, it weighs about 80 pounds, so you can figure out shipping to you (fed ex ground is usually the cheapest).
Also I recommend you fill it up with 75w90.
