I'm thinking spraying from far away and doing very light coats. I'm thinking it might chip off when they bend no matter how I apply it though. So i'm also thinking about plastidip which would be much more durable and if it gets ripped off in a spot it can very easily be redone.
painting the flaps? the only paint i could see working is plasti dip, I can guarantee a normal paint will flake off in no time.

Is there any way to bring the rear flap closer to the wheel well so as to not show a gap when mounted? The front seems to contour to the well when mounted, but the rear sort of hangs there looking a little off. Am I doing it wrong?

you should be able to move the bracket further back into the wheel well to help suck the flap to the body.

          Got my flaps! Thanks KA!
I'll try to get a pic for fun. Looking forward to rubber from track days not getting stuck to my rear valance and doors. I will need to however secure the fronts with another clip as I run 235/40/17s, and on tight turns they will rub the fender liner, pull the flaps odd angles, and I have already slightly enlarged my wheel well. I also need to install rack limiters. This of course is no fault of your product.

so i received the two sets of rally flaps i bought from you in the mail yesterday. the reason i didnt get mounts was because i have an early body style vert. 1990. I knew that the mounts you have wouldnt work in my wheel wells. So i have an idea how i can make a mount for this but i was just wondering if some of you guys who have installed these can send me some pictures of them installed? im trying to get an idea how much poke the flaps will have from a side view. im also trying to figure out how high off the ground to mount them since they are the longer ones. my email is anthonynolazco@yahoo.com so if anyone can shoot me a couple pics of theirs installed on their sedans or coupes that would be great. thanks again KA.

Ok i'm 99% sure you didin't give me enough screws. I got 2 sets and this is everything I got:

Shouldn't there be 6 black screws per set? 1 screw for each front flap + 2 screws for each rear flap.

You use the screws already holding in wheel well moldings for the two in the front. use 2 screws he provided on each rear of the car

Ah alright. I didin't have any screws in those holes I guess they came off some time in the last 24 years. That explains it.

Yes Vinny. I used the existing bolts in there. Unless you have your fender liners removed.

Here are mind installed on the rallycar. Already abused them a little bit. Debating plastidipping them red or something.
