              Everything still available.....

              BTW, it will be shipping out from postal code H7X 1T9 near Montreal in Canada, so shipping prices will differ California to NY, and Vancouver to say Ottawa. Some people still seem to have a notion that stamps cost .25 cents no matter it is going, and these are books not envelopes.
