The kit has 6" 300 lb front springs and 4" 576 lb rears. About the same as h&r race springs. Since these are a lower spring rate then the group by kits they will slam pretty well front and rear. The rears come with the urethane centering upper pad. Comes with front and rear sleeves/adjuster, wrenches, and top hats. The great part about this kit is that the they will accept 2.5" and 60mm I.D. springs.
