Not sure what his problem is either. He asked for payment first to mvmotorworks@gmail.com then after to kcoelhoe30@gmail.com as a gift.

Paypal is aware of this guy, a dispute has been filed against him and all transactions have been put on hold via my bank. He isn't getting a dime.

I've done a few transactions now with guys on here, and not always through the posts, but by pm, and I've always given the buyer a choice of either Gift or adding the fees, and most add the fees, to me that's fine, but to ask for a gift???
I learnt my lesson on here a while ago that most won't pay as your're not known.
I do get gift paypal on the Zone, as I'm a moderator on there.

Even if you do send it as a gift it is still disputable (despite what they say), also if you guys have them linked to your checking accounts, you can place a hold on those accounts because more than likely wont post until the next business day.

Either way, i hope everyone involved with sending this scammer money files a dispute and or stops this transaction to avoid losing money.
