I thought small diameter was 370 for these wheels. I might be wrong.

As for the size, small diameter wheels are sometimes said to be 370mm, and sometimes said to be 365mm. What's important is that there are two sizes from BMW, the smaller one (365/370mm) and the bigger one (385/390mm). This is the smaller size. It's smaller than a normal US-spec MTech1 wheel.
