yes i have the bars for the front and back but none of them are welded they are just bolted on

The euro bumpers I picked up earlier this year had a similar additional structure behind the bumpers, actually it was part of the mounting brackets. I think that is part of the federalization process. I ended up picking up new mounts but the modified ones didn't interfere with the appearance or install.

Yes, it is a great price if someone is looking for a set!!! And ditto on the bar deal. I cut mine out and tossed it in the garbage.
