1998 328i Convertible 140,xxx miles parting the car out

The 2.8l straight six engine Runs Smooth and Strong and still in the car you can hear it run if you like
Automatic
After market aluminum wheels are in good shape, tires are worn
Top is in good shape only one small pinhole easily fixable
Interior is tan leather but in poor condition.
