    FS: ix strut housings, good strut collars.

    Here are nice strut housings for an ix. No rust on the collars, from a south western car. Original bearings, no noise or play but do have 180k.

    are these shortened? and will they fit a 318is?

      The IX ones have a slot for the front axle to go in and might be sized or shaped a little bit differently, I'm not sure. Even if they would fit, it would be cheaper to find a set of non IX ones.
