wonder how hard this engine would be to dial in with a stock manifold and injectors (dme)? Wouldn't mind rawkin' a 2.9 stroker in my e30 with a nice schrick 272 cam. is the cylinder head mated to the block still and is there any work done to the head other then porting? :)

Hi,
The head is not attached to the block right now. The head has been waiting for a new cam at the machine shop and the block is in the spare bedroom on an engine stand. The head is level and ready to be bolted on if ya had a cam. The head also has been ported and polished. 20k on the valve train.

As far as running this thing, you have several options.
1. Run a fat carb with the euro m20 euro intake manifold
2. Run bigger injectors and a cam and get a programmable ECU
3. Buy a megasquirt Unit , use the manifold and ITB's that come with the engine.
