Would you be willing to sell parts from that rear bumper, since its smashed up and all? I could use the "joint covers" especially the passenger side one.
Also, any chance you have the harnesses that plugged into the euro signal housings?

got the bumper off but has a fed bar welded in which has to be cut to get to any thing.

Not sure how the fed bar is placed in there, but the joint cover is only held on by 1 nut/bolt under the rubber molding. If it's too much work for a small part, I understand, it's just the last piece to my euro bumper puzzle.
How about those harnesses?

Cabin- have you explored the option of just converting your US plugs to match? I'm running euro bumpers on my 84' 318i and just spent about 15 min with a dremel, viola! It's not a terribly hard job.
Also, that valence/fog set up. Valence seemed a little rough. Is it all straight? If so I'd certainly be interested.

valence is not perfict, has some surface rust and some lil dings in it. but when you have to send it to get painted all of that can be taken care of easy
