The engine had 60k original miles before professionally rebuilt by the infamous Chuck Stickley. This engine has absolutely NO EXPENSE SPARED.
This engine has been completely refreshed and has had almost no miles put on it since. Zero track miles although this engine would be awesome for a track monster.
~Stickely build head - 3 angle valve job, port and polish, Schrick intake and exhaust cams, vanos refresh, etc
~Group N euro headers and high flow midsection
~All new gaskets (less than 1k street miles) -- Oil pan, oil filter housing, OE BMW rear main seal kit, exhaust manifold gaskets to the head and midsection
~All new sensors (less than 1k street miles) -- Crank shaft sensor, cam shaft sensor, both knock sensors, coolant temp sensor
~Engine completely degreased and properly enameled for rust protection
~Turner Motorsports under drive pullies
~24 pound fuel injectors
~3.5in euro mass air flow meter
~S50 manifold
~Bav auto high intensity coil packs
~Metal impeller water pump and new thermostat (Less than 1k miles)
~Oil pump nut secured to prevent backing off
~New pilot bearing (Less than 1k miles)
~Proper OE Bosch spark plugs (Less than 1k miles)
~OBD1 wiring harness with tuned ECU
~All new vacuum lines and plastic parts, new intake boot (non-ASC)
-- I'd prefer to keep my alternator and PS pump but I can include it if need be.
