      This is a really nice looking product! I'd try one out, but I've already welded some scaffolding to my car and screwed a 3/16" thick stainless plate to it :drink:




      Maybe I'll buy one for my next E30 ;)

                  I am concerned with the loss of oil cooling due to no airflow across the oil pan. Is there any intent to engineer air flow through the plate?

                    That's a non-issue, especially if your car has the front mount oil cooler.

                      bullet ride is right.

                      I'm confident that this is the strongest core support mounted SkidPlate out there. Cutting any kind of vents into would just weaken it. There are plenty of weak plates out there.

                              Just received my plate today, the package was deceiving its heavier than I thought lol exactly what I wanted for my car... Protection. Can't wait to put it on and ill let you know how it holds up against PAs finest roads.
