Passenger seat cosmetically perfect. Takes some convincing to get it to lean forward so passengers can get in the back seat. Drivers seat has a few cracks on the bottom and there is a small rip on the outside bolster but has no problems leaning forward. Over all looks great in the car. Comes with seat rails but not seat belt buckles.
