E30 and Early E36 Shifter Carrier Bushings

    State: Michigan
    Will Ship: Continental US Only
    Price: 20.00

I made a pair of these for my SM e30 build and had a little extra stock left so I thought I'd offer them up here. DISCLAIMER: I CURRENTLY HAVE NO PLANS TO PRODUCE MORE.
if I receive enough interest/demand for these bushings I will certainly consider becoming a forum sponsor and making a group buy.

I'm pretty new on here but have lots of posts on vwvortex and bimmerforums under the same username if you'd like references I'm happy to supply them.
    Thanks.
Price: $20.00 Shipped anywhere in the US
    Location: Lowell MI
QTY Available: 3 Pairs (enough to do 3 shifters)

These bushings help eliminated movement in the shifter carrier. The stock rubber bushing turns into mush after a few years which results in a pretty large amount of side to side travel in the shifter. adding these bushings to a shifter rebuild will help eliminate a lot of that movement (I recommend a complete shifter rebuild at the same time to experience maximum crispness in the shifter)

these bushings are harder than Delrin and as such should result in slightly less play than adding Delrin bushings will however due to their mounting location in the shifter no additional vibration will be felt in the shifter.

These Bushings replace the part circled in red:

If you have any questions feel free to ask.
    Thanks,
    Brad
