It's everything I dreamt it would be. Nice people, clean air, I have a ranch (likely more acreage than your cookie cutter OC subdivision) , a river (a large one) is a boundary of my property, I boat/jetski/fish in my backyard. 5PM traffic is 3 cars at the stopsign. I own my own automotive business (I don't work for anyone anymore). I also actually know my neighbors, I can't hear a freeway nor helicopters at all hours of the day/night. I could likely go on for quite a while, but, you are still tied up in your fake/replica/clone world, where people all lie to you, they all lie to themselves, and are too preoccupied creating a facade based on leveraging credit simply to make your neighbors think you are someone you are not to even care about anything I would say.
