that is not MS3.

V3 is the motherboard version, not the chip.

it will work with, quite literally, almost anything that runs on gasoline.

You should probably pop the cover off and see if it has an MS1 or MS2 CPU. it could also be upgraded easily to MS2 or MS3. The price is good even if all you want is the completed motherboard.
