In what condition is the front 5lug setup in? Ball joints? Rotors? Bearings? Pads?

Ball joints are OEM BMW, so my guess is never replaced (meaning you should). Rotors should be replaced (just because I don't know how much is left to make them perfectly smooth). Bearings were butter smooth with no noise. Pads looked pretty healthy, see pics above.
