I dont think he has the wiring.

You also need the pump, hoses, relay, and tank.

I have the hoses and the wiring harness I could sell to you if someone buys the grilles, headlights, and wipers from me.

I don't think he is including the actual headlights either, just the wipers, FYI, US ellips have 3 raised dots to be DOT compliant for setting aim which won't work well with the wiper blades
